You can keep track of contractors and their Annual
Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Use
Setup\Contractors menu to add, edit, remove, and print contractors. (figure
2.1)

Annual Maintenance Contract tab
will list all the contracts made with the displayed contractor. To delete an AMC highlight it and press
“Del” button.(figure 2.2)

Show all AMC:

this to display all the AMC.
You can create AMC using
File\New AMC menu. This is the contract between
maintenance companies to maintain certain properties. You can use this feature to create AMC made for Insurance,
Lift maintenance etc.
In this form specify the period and the company with which the AMC made, then select properties that will come under the AMC, then select activities (optional) that will do under the AMC.
You can view all the AMC in the Contractors form.
You can view AMC of each properties under the AMC tab in the Properties Form.
