Management Information System for REST

Objective

The objective of this Add-in module is to empower the Business Analysis for the Management Levels. They will be able to get Graphs with Statement of Revenue, Expenses, Rental Efficiency, and Vacancy Analysis. It is possible to breakup each report into inner depth.

Revenue Analysis

In this module you can break down into parts the revenue of properties by yearly, monthly etc.

Property Revenue

This report will give you a Graph for yearly revenue for each property if the specified the period spans to multiple years and a statement of revenue by each month for each year for each property.

Yearly Revenue

You can analyze the revenue of each year for each property; will provide a Yearly graph of revenue for all the property, and a detailed yearly statement of revenue by property by each month.

Monthly Revenue

This report is presented with three types of Graph and a statement. First graph will show the revenue by each year, the second will show the revenue by each month for all year and the third graph will show the monthly revenue for a particular year, and a statement is attached with the same data.

Property Revenue by Year

This report shows a consolidated graph of yearly revenue of properties. A Graph to compare monthly revenue of each property by year, and a detailed Graph for each property by year.

Revenue Statement

This will show the Revenue summary of all properties.

Revenue by Unit Type

Presented with a Graph and statement of revenue by unit type.

Revenue By Location

Exposed a Pie Graph and statement of revenue by property location

This will produce a Pie Graph and statement of revenue by city

Rental Efficiency Analysis

These reports are designed to analyse the cost-effectiveness.

Rent Comparison

A comparison of rents in each properties; will give a Graph and Statement of lowest and highest rent in each property.

Rental Efficiency of Properties

Will provide a Graph by comparing the Actual Rent for the specified period and the earned rent during the period, also included a statement.

Rental Efficiency of Units

Provide a stacked-bar graph by exposing occupied and vacant days during the period for each property. Then a statement of rental efficiency for each property by unit is provided to analyze the occupancy rate and earned rent of each unit.

Vacancy Analysis

Vacancy Analysis of Properties

This report will provide three types of graph and statement. The first graph will expose the least occupied properties. The second and third graph will expose the highest and lowest occupied units in each property respectively. The statement will provide you a detailed breakdown of occupied days in each month by unit for each property.

Vacancy Analysis of Units

In this report you are provided with two type of Graph; the first will show you the least occupied units by yearly if the period spans into multi years. The second graph will show the occupied days in each month of each year for every unit by property.

Expense Analysis

Expenses Analysis of Properties

Provided by a main Graph showing the property expense for each year if period is falling into multi years. Also exposes a Graph and summary statement of expenses of unit by property.

Expense Summary of Properties

A summary statement by showing expense for property and for unit separately by year

Property Expense by Type

Combines a Graph for Expenses for each year by Type of expenses and a Graph for each property by showing the expenses for each years by type followed by a summary statement.

Unit Expense by Type

Boosted with two Graphs, the main graph will provide the Unit expenses for each year. The second will expose the unit expense by type.

Comparison

Revenue & Expense

Includes a Graph to compare the revenue and expense of each property within the specified period. Also provided a statement of Revenue and Expenses.

Statements

Income Statement

This report will show you the Acrrued and Prepaid rent of previous year and current year of each unit with details of agreements.
